Values-Aligned Messaging & Marketing For Local Women-Owned Businesses
What’s the essence of your Denver business?
The genuine connection you make with your clients. The way you and your product or service align with their wants and needs. Your desire to do your best to help your client make them feel seen.
That’s coalescence.
But there are so many things that can get in the way of coalescence. When you’re running your own business it can seem like you never have enough time, energy, or resources to do even the basic, necessary things to keep it going – let alone take the time to make authentic client connections and then maintain them. So how do you manage?
Though it can be scary to outsource aspects of your business, it is worth it, because you are investing in both the business and yourself. You’re saying you’re worthy and deserving of the life you want. You’re giving yourself your time and your energy back by using your available resources more efficiently.
Think of all the things you can now do with the time and energy you freed up. You can:
Get back to focusing on the brilliant idea that led to the creation of your awesome business in the first place
Create and sustain those genuine client relationships
Watch your Google ranking, general brand awareness, and sales soar while staying within your budget and kicking back
Spend more time with your family and friends
Take some much-needed “you” time
And you get to do all that while being your authentic self, instead of having to resort to “sales-y” or pushy tactics to close a deal.
That’s Coalessence.
Invest in yourself.
So what can you do with all the time and energy you save by investing in yourself?

About
I’m Bria, your local Denver Metro area resident and copywriter. Denver has been my home all my life, but I have traveled a fair bit. While living abroad, I found it to be a little lonely in the beginning. It was definitely pretty hard before I got to know my surroundings and met new friends. One of the biggest takeaways I learned was that you need a community no matter where you are to feel at home.
One of the ways I began to feel more comfortable was finding small, local businesses. They were special and had an atmosphere that I connected with and still remember to this day. The people were always kind and the owners loved to talk with anyone who came their way. They made me feel like I belonged in the community. To me, that’s the power and magic of a local business.
Your product or service can help solve a client’s problem, true, but it’s the genuine connection between you and your client that makes them feel like they’ve found a new friend. That they’ve found their community.
Copy is usually the first thing a potential client sees. With your authentic voice shining through your copy, your ideal clients are captivated and know they’ve found where they belong.
Schedule your free 15-minute call today to see how I can help you connect with your clients.

Copywriting is word content designed to persuade the reader to take action. That action could be buying a product, clicking on a link, reading a blog — whatever you’d like your customers to do after they finish reading your piece of copy.
-
On the most basic level, a copywriter writes the word content and presents the reader with the call to action (CTA).

Fantastic question! Here’s a quick step-by-step:
You book a free 15-minute Zoom consult call with me.
During our Zoom call, I ask a few questions to get to know you, your business, your customers, and your needs.
After the call, I send you a customized proposal including all of your tailored recommendations, along with a contract and invoice. We’ll start off with one recommendation as a test project, to ensure we work well together.
If you agree to the test project, sign the contract and send it back, along with the 50% deposit. If you find something in the proposal isn’t quite what you want, no worries. Please email me and we can talk a little more to make it what you’re looking for.
On receipt of your signed contract and the 50% payment, I start writing!
I send you the completed copy by the agreed deadline. You look it over and send me any edits you’d like me to make. You have up to two rounds of edits. When all edits are complete, I notify you and then the rest of the payment is due.
After receiving final payment, I send you the finalized piece of copy and you can upload it or send it out. If you like, I can also upload it for you.
If we agree to continue on with more of your tailored recommendations, we repeat the process!
A little while after the completed project, I check back in with you to see how the piece of copy is doing and to see the analytics.

That way, we’re both on the same page and we don’t break the bank. The custom proposal I send you will include everything I think you may need, but I will be sure to include only the scope of services we discussed so you can see the short-term and long-term plans. Then you can decide what’s best for you.
